But I’ve come to learn that it’s less about hustling harder and more about choosing intentionally. In Luke 10, we meet two sisters—Martha, busy with preparations, and Mary, sitting at Jesus’ feet. Jesus gently tells Martha that Mary has chosen the better thing. But here’s what I’ve come to discover: Martha’s work wasn’t the problem. Her worry was. 🧺 Homemaking is Worship—But So Is Creativity Homemaking can absolutely be worship. Cooking, cleaning, folding clothes, and teaching little ones—these things matter deeply. But for some of us, creating is also a form of worship. It’s how we process, how we reflect beauty, how we respond to the world God made. God is the Creator, after all.
